A pure open culture and an environment that enables individual growth.
We have a very inclusive, open door culture. There is no micro management so you are in charge of managing your schedule accordantly.
A lot of transparency, things are on the "honor system", which makes it very flexible with leave, WFH, personal days, etc. since they base things on work done, not on clocking in and clocking out. Some days might be slow/normal, and some days are absolute chaos. It's never the same.
Highly dedicated and collaborative group of people who and always willing to walk the extra mile.
The respect for each other, the honesty and openness in how everything is done.
