What did you like most about the interview process?

Quick and painless. Don't stress it out.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I get to meet people from all walks of life and even from other countries! I love the diversity.

What makes you most happy at work?

I get to do one of the coolest jobs ever. I get to share one of the greatest places with people everyday.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The more they stay out of the way, the better. Xanterra's managers tend to be disgruntled, unhelpful, and negative, creating a bad work environment.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We work and live in one of the best places on Earth! It's a never ending list of cool things that my co-workers have done on their weekends.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Xanterra tends not to reward its employees for their commitment. They expect employees who do not care to be managerial to be around only for a year or two. It would be better if they would continue training for non managerial employees and offer progressive compensation for loyalty.
