    Personalities are good. Professionalism and capabilty are not. Experienced, capable workers need to be hired. Repeat failures need to be demoted or let go. Need to hire a strict, strong director to get all processes documented, observe track records of failure, and fire a lot of management.

    Pay inequality and preference to use sourced non-US contractors.

    Doing what they preach. Company too often says one thing and does another.
