When things go wrong, YRC doesn't care to fix. I have a shipment that was shipped in error from Buffalo to Mtl (Yrc's error). Two weeks later I'm still trying to get this moving. No one seems to take responsibility. I've been told it's going to move 3 times and it doesn't move. Terrible lack of care
