Ms. Tracy L. Skeans has been the Chief People Officer of Yum! Brands, Inc. since January 1, 2016 and its Chief Transformation Officer since November 2016. Ms. Skeans served as President of Pizza Hut International at Pizza Hut, Inc., from January 2015 to December 2015. She served as Chief People Officer of Pizza Hut U.S. from October 2011 to November 2013. She also served as Director of Human Resources for Pizza Hut U.S. from June 2006 to September 2011. She was responsible for global Human Resources, which include field and Restaurant Support Center recruiting, staffing, compensation, benefits, people development and training. Also falling under her umbrella are employee relations, diversity and inclusion, safety, security, facilities and aviation for all Yum! divisions.
