What do you like best about the leadership team?
They need to be trained better.
They are super friendly and helpful at all times and I am very interested in the way they work and how they look after use at all the time by following up our movements.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting only part time hours even though I have been a full time employee for a year and a half
Nothing. I'm really just trying to change my address
I need help in my shift. Iam by myself and don't have time to used the restroom or to go to lunch
Honest conversations about career path. Lots of lip service but all nee positions go to outside

Down to earth, genuine and lovely people.
Teamwork. Energy, engagement, cukture. Heart ket, courgae and smart people
Smart individuals that are handicapped by poor leadership.

The customers they make me smile and also my boss she is the most undestading boss you could get and she is going to listen to your problems and help you get through them.
What makes me happy is that this work place is place which gave me the opportunity to meet new peoples and know the society
