Base Salary was increased by 17% when we went private. Our at risk commissions were moved to a Salary component.

Cash portion of compensation was reduced to make way for equity compensation, rather than using equity compensation as an augment.

Average salary is about 20k below market

No raises the first five years I worked here. The quarterly bonuses dropped 75%, so I still actually make less now than when I started almost six years ago.

Never received any type of raise in over 4 years. Bonuses are much less than when I started so I make less now.
