Base Salary was increased by 17% when we went private. Our at risk commissions were moved to a Salary component.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their Transparency. We have regular All Hands Calls to keep us appraised not only with the current COVID-19 effects, but on our progress since becoming a Private Company
