What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're committed to improving the company for the better. A new employee training program is being rolled out.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Due to our not all that competitive pay rate for tech employees, it is hard to hire good talent.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed by the entire team I would be working with, not just some HR employee who didn't fully understand the job opening.
