I continuously have escalations because of Zayo's "messy" internal processes. I believe this is not something that can be fixed because it simply is not how Zayo works. Efficiency is slow and do not believe employees' are set up for success in any position.

Better documentation of networks, equipment, fiber spans. Too many companies purchased and their information never gets standardized with any of the other networks so it is very difficult to find valid, current information

Company doesn't even interview in person
Executives are extracting value and not considering long term viability
Gut senior management/the board/the CEO, start spending money on operations and network hardening. They have hundreds of "protected" services with collapse redundancy already.

Remove entire staff. Hire with intelligence testing requirements
Due to our not all that competitive pay rate for tech employees, it is hard to hire good talent.
