What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating. Being honest and straightfoward.

Paying massage therapists well, and being responsive to massage therapists.

Listening to understand, better communication in all areas and not taking things personally. Streamline processes and a better response time. I texted at noon and did not receive a response until 8pm.
