Listening to understand, better communication in all areas and not taking things personally. Streamline processes and a better response time. I texted at noon and did not receive a response until 8pm.

Allow client to tip what they want and give us the full tip value

Years of hardwork have been overlooked. At the end of the day, it didn't matter. One could spend hours working on projects with no fruituition. The lack of empathy by executives is ironic and discouraging.

We're paid about 50% below market rate and promised "perks will make up for the low salary". Perks like "unlimited vacation time" are nonexistent.
