I'm not sure of a best part, but I do appreciate the 401K match, the HSA funds and the Holidays off.

That I have active coverage.
The best part of my compensation package is Health Insurance coverage.
My salary is very good. I also like the time off policy -- it's very flexible and that is much appreciated.
I'm not happy with the new insurance costs.
the medical for my family
Fair pay, amount of paid time off for holidays.
The consistent pay and getting paid every two weeks.
various insurances provided to us.
Our pay scale and wages
good medical and good PTO
the medical comes in handy
I really like that I can save for retirement and give my family peace of mind knowing that one day we will still be taken care of.
Quality health benefits at affordable premiums and flexibility in paid time off usage.
Regular market adjustments to salary.
Pension and health benefits. Thanks
Acknowledgment of the hard work being done.

I don't make enough money to pay my bills every month. I don't think it is fair wages for our area. We live in a state with high taxes, and are not making wages compared to similar companies in the area.
Since my lead left, I have taken on additional responsibilities alongside my own role, significantly increasing my workload. I would feel more valued if my compensation reflected the expanded scope of my responsibilities.
Regular compensation reviews based on true, identifiable and measurable goals
I feel that for my years with the company and against the industry standard, I am underpaid. If our health benefits and company perks were better, I would be less unhappy with my salary.
If the annual self-reviews we did resulted in a one-on-one with management where pay increases and performance could be discussed.
An opportunity to work OT when we are SLAMMED with projects and still expected to keep current with daily work.
Compared to the other companies, I am at the low end, and I have to pay for my benefits. A senior in other departments who don't pay benefits is making more than me since I have to pay for benefits. Other companies also give you incentives for those who donate to charities.
We have very poor retirement benefits. Hourly employees have very limited flexibility with time off. We cannot break up vacation day hours to cover time off.
because there is a lot of work I do unseen, more fairness with tasks
Review from Admin Dept
Compensation doesn't align with responsibilities and workload. Greater transparency around how compensation is determined, along with clearer alignment between role expectation and pay would improve how I feel about it.
Review from Finance Dept
I think we are paid to little for the job we do. The COLA raises do not even come close to keeping up with inflation.
Review from Operations Dept
We had to fight for our union contract increase to bring us up to the low end of wages for our area. We are asked to do more than 1.0 FTE of work, leads to stress and anxiety. To feel more valued, hire more people to take some weight off our shoulders. And don't fight our next Union Negotiations.
Review from Finance Dept
Compensation as a Supervisor is no where near the average yearly income .. union workers are almost getting the same pay as a supervisor
Review from Operations Dept
The average salary for a Pension Processor in Washington State is about $32-38 per hour. I currently get a little over $29/hr. The Dental coverage currently covers only 85%. This should be better.
Review from Customer Support Dept
If I earned what I was worth and didn't have to work 7-days a week just to survive.
Review from Admin Dept
I honestly don't feel I am getting paid enough for the effort and work I have put in to define my job.
Review from Operations Dept
While i enjoy my work and the team, my current compensation doesn't align with the market. I feel undervalued when my contributions outpace my pay scale. my scope of work and responsibilities have grown but the pay has not. As well, it is not keeping up with the rising cost of living
Review from Customer Support Dept
My role as a Sr. Benefits Processor requires me to wear a lot of hats; customer service, benefit processing, research, problem-solving, innovation, team work and supporting the Union admins with their questions/processes. In my past roles with other 3rd party co's, my job was done by 3 to 5 people
