Zenith American Solutions Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part about compensation package is my salary and PTO.

Posted 10 days ago

Everything is fair with the exception of health benefits

Posted 12 days ago

Holidays, PTO days, flex accounts, 401K

Posted 12 days ago

The dental package is great.

The benefit I value most is the ability to work remotely, followed closely by paid time off and workplace flexibility. These benefits have a meaningful impact on my work-life balance and overall job satisfaction.

The package is fair and adds value.

Union supplemented health care benefits

Low premiums with my health care.

I have excellent insurance coverage

I appreciate my health coverage, with family members who have medical problems - it's comforting to know I have it.

Weight loss benefit and 100% coverage for well visits.

I'm not sure of a best part, but I do appreciate the 401K match, the HSA funds and the Holidays off.

The 401k plan in place.

The cost is great with our economy of rent and groceries is constantly rising with no relief in sight.

Retirement, Medical/Dental/Vision package and pay.

Getting to work from home 2 days a week Gas prices are very high

That I have active coverage.

The best part of my compensation package is Health Insurance coverage.

My salary is very good. I also like the time off policy -- it's very flexible and that is much appreciated.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have become a Lead entrusted with more responsibilities than I was being a Customer Service Rep. Thus, I feel my pay should reflect that.

my salary is below average. my pto is straight garbage. sick time comes outta pto, so i'm lowkey more inclined to go to work sick and get everyone else sick. required to work irl. my pto straight up sucks. i would be ok with my below avg salary if my pto wasn't peanuts. more pto. i want more pto.

The pay is not in alignment with other TPAs and health insurers and this year there weren't raises and ZERO communication around it, as well as no discussions for our 2026 goals. The health plan that we switched up to was a horrid, many of us need continuity of care and want to pay for the services

I believe Zenith has low pay. I am only now making what I was 10 years ago before I started here, in a similar position. I like the information on Znet, it is positive it keeps spirits lifted, shows what is going on in other offices, it is caring. Not enough room here for a review on actual team.

The work is not truly tied to the job classifications. Employees with longevity seem to be pulling loads in other areas not just under the work classification that you are in. Years past we were able to pick out "anniversary" gifts. Welfare benefits are worse I have ever seen.

With the years of experience I have with this company the salary does not show that. You can get paid more being a school bus driver than what we get paid. We are definitely undervalued. And then we see all upper management new hires and those lower worker bees being laid off.

our pay sucks, our insurance sucks and has for many many years!

I've already communicated this before but it was not taken to heart when you could see who it was coming from. To be more personable and allowing people to feel like they could air this and be heard without feeling they need the protection of anonymity within a survey would be a great start.

My leadership and strategy improved performance in a high-stress environment, directly resulting in the retention of a large client. Based on my industry market value and these metrics, an adjusted compensation structure will ensure maximum ROI and sustained team productivity and success for all.

Though I have moved up through the company and proven in each of my previous roles that I am effecient, reliable, and also able to assist in figuring out quicker more effecient ways to perform works tasks, I am always only offered the bottom, or near bottom, pay rate for a new role.

Our current health care costs went up quite a bit, but the coverage went down. In fact it tripled, but my annual raise was not enough to cover the cost,

Acknowledgment of the hard work being done.

to be given raises for our hard work and dedication

I don't make enough money to pay my bills every month. I don't think it is fair wages for our area. We live in a state with high taxes, and are not making wages compared to similar companies in the area.

Since my lead left, I have taken on additional responsibilities alongside my own role, significantly increasing my workload. I would feel more valued if my compensation reflected the expanded scope of my responsibilities.

Regular compensation reviews based on true, identifiable and measurable goals

I feel that for my years with the company and against the industry standard, I am underpaid. If our health benefits and company perks were better, I would be less unhappy with my salary.

If the annual self-reviews we did resulted in a one-on-one with management where pay increases and performance could be discussed.

An opportunity to work OT when we are SLAMMED with projects and still expected to keep current with daily work.

Compared to the other companies, I am at the low end, and I have to pay for my benefits. A senior in other departments who don't pay benefits is making more than me since I have to pay for benefits. Other companies also give you incentives for those who donate to charities.
