As a Supervisor, my pay is adequate but medical coverage was better as a Union Represented Employee. And I believe this is well-known and some EEs do not want to get promoted due to that issue. I would to see more here, and also, some sort of a bonus or perk for great ideas and problem solving.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It would be great based on the current economic market to be paid more fairly, and also have compensations like an actual bonus every year. This is something we don't have, and it also seems very challenging to progress in this organization based on my experiences.

I have tasks getting behind no allowance for overtime but we are expected to meet the goals. also others are at same level in title/compensation but do not handle items like others at the same level. no merit compensation union protects people that do not meet levels expected of their title

I work non stop and ensure everything is at the best it can possibly be and always trying to find better solutions to problems and get things done as quickly as possible. I am always told I am such a great asset to the team yet I make less than everyone it seems even in a higher position.

Union - we had to fight to be brought up to 'range' within Washington State, but we're still at the low end. For the amount of work and the stress of the work we have to do (brought on mostly by the trusts), pay should be higher. There are times when stress does NOT get outweighed by the salary.

I took a pay cut coming to Zenith, under the impression that there was growth potential. I am underpaid for the position and work expectation. There has been no growth potential, no feedback, no leadership, and a reduction in my health benefits this past year. Pay and benefits are not good.

In order to attract new talent, new hires with similar skills are paid the same or more than people with more experience and longevity at the company in the same positions. Our raises do not keep up with the cost of living in this area.

A earlier and more flexible schedules would be better. 6-2:20 shift would be nice. and better vision insurance. ALSO! why do you pay for contact lens exam, but dont pay anything towards actual contacts lens????

I am one of the most productive people on my team and yet I receive the lowest compensation of everyone on my team due to the 3% raise cap. I am also always willing to jump in on projects when needed, but I do not feel this is recognized by anyone other then my direct management.
