Team work, makes the dream work!

The new leadership team within the office cares for both the client and the in-office team. They are invested in doing what is necessary to create a better work environment and client experience. They are great partners, are open to suggestions, and regularly check in to see what can be done.

Organization with programmers and their specific clients. National processes does not work with all clients in which Sr Vp's & VP's Operational Managers need to take accountability of understanding the clients and develop a plan instead of the employees as it is based on their own knowledge.

Communication; team building; visibility; organization.

Reality check- a picture of what is going on in the office/department daily. EVERYONE is taking on more and more people's tasks as people are being let go. THE Breaking point is coming,.
COMMUNICATION. It feels like everything that is being done is a secret and nobody gets to know what it is except those in the higher positions.

I would like to be paid more due to the economy, But I do manage I will be honest the wages need to be a little more to keep up with the rise in the cost of living. However I have great health benefits and 401k investments.

A liveable wage for starting pay.

Higher pay, obviously. Having an exceptional performance review only to be told there is no room in the budget to compensate the superb work you have been doing. Then having additional, more time consuming duties placed on you for the same salary is a JOKE.

Would like an increase in pay.

Nothing would make me feel better about my current compensation. NOTE: My salary is probably within the acceptable range within Zenith, but my salary is not comparable to similar roles at similar companies in my area.

We get the job done!

The team is always willing to help and are open to now open to changes as I've made them part of the process so that they feel valued and involved and aren't just having directions barked at them. They can see how they can make an impact on not just the customer level, but across the entire team.

I work from home--I prefer to be on my own

they need to interact with each other more
some people have reached their skill ceiling or critical thinking ceiling. don't hire people who bang their head on the ceiling by getting out of bed. there's no room for improvement. hence why reduce is the first R in Reduce Reuse Recycle. Some coworkers need to learn what accountability is.
Some co-workers need to improve on just being friendly and courteous that includes members of the management team. We don't have to be friends but as a team we should at least be friendly.
There is so much history between all my coworkers that when I started it felt like I had to choose a side. One of the most outspoken members of the team just retired and she did not want to celebrate at work because she did not want everyone to attend. Very toxic environment.
The positive aspect of the culture is the teamwork & how we help each other

The overall culture has improved. Changes in leadership and support staff has also improved efficiency and effectiveness. Morale has improved and the people on my team no longer dread coming into the office. Continued consistency and upholding standards will continue to help make it better.

To see the employees as people, who are struggling, to see their value without them having to basically beg to have their value seen. To pay them appropriately for their value. Allowing employees to feel like they can come to you in good faith without fear of unnecessary consequence
Better management, better pay, better benefits, better organization.
Review from Finance Dept
Prioritize efficiency and accuracy. Breakdown the silos and better communication.
Review from Finance Dept
moral needs to be up. too many cliques. lots of negativity from team leads or higher ups.

The ability to be able to work for such a great company!

Being able to support my team by figuring out areas of opportunity and finding ways to improve those areas of opportunity whether it be on an individual basis or in a more general way. It also makes me happy when team members notice the changes that are happening around them and see it as positive.

Employees are not treated the same. Accountability.

Operation Leaders need to take ownership of learning each client in order to understand the programming needs to flow correctively. Leadership should create SOP's and not the employees in order to elevate errors based on self teachings.

The Commute makes going to and from work a challenge. How this can be improves if we was able to be Hybrid or remote.
Posted a month ago
Too much work and not enough people to do it. No time to give counseling or consequences for poor work. Also can't afford to lose staff - even bad.
Posted a month ago
I do think that things may slowly be improving, but I feel that we have been set up to fail by prior leadership, especially operations leadership. Lack of training, lack of accountability in Operations, often poor communications, lack of customer focus.
