They care but overall ZAS has a communication breakdown and staff are left lost and adrift. No one knows who is in charge of what or who to contact if issues. It doesn't seem like one company, just a collection of locations.

They are personable, flexible, practical and supportive in coordination with Operations in my experience. More so than prior leadership.

Reality check- a picture of what is going on in the office/department daily. EVERYONE is taking on more and more people's tasks as people are being let go. THE Breaking point is coming,.

COMMUNICATION. It feels like everything that is being done is a secret and nobody gets to know what it is except those in the higher positions.

Learn how to speak, be team player, learn their job and not shift emails to others to do. Not assume, know your role as much as you say you do to others! Commucation, dedicatation! Currently i do not have any of this

When I 1st started, we had exposure to the CEO, there were all hands meetings. The only time we hear from her is post that her admin probably creates for all the holidays we observe. Seems we are losing more membership lives than we are gaining and creating RIFs at a crazy rate like I've never seen.

A company that makes logical person related goals in order to accomplish the Administrative tasks expected. IE, changing platforms before know all of the implications, reorganizing departments without proper staff in place, deciding to close offices before know anything about the impact.

That we only get 2% raises or 2.9% merit raises. One gets a similar raise of someone who does not work as hard. Have to switch positions to make more money. People who recently come into the company make more money than the employees who have been here for many years.

I was promised something by the company, that if I could make the impossible happen with a client, I could expect XYZ. I delivered and the outcome I was promised never came. My admin who works remote was denied an internet stipend because she does not live in King County, rather one county over.

We constantly have to clean up messes others make.

Merit raises does not even cover cost of living. Working 7 days a week sometimes jist to keep ahead, not being reconginzed or even compensated makes you want to work less. I stay due to dedicatation, my clients and members

some people have reached their skill ceiling or critical thinking ceiling. don't hire people who bang their head on the ceiling by getting out of bed. there's no room for improvement. hence why reduce is the first R in Reduce Reuse Recycle. Some coworkers need to learn what accountability is.

Some co-workers need to improve on just being friendly and courteous that includes members of the management team. We don't have to be friends but as a team we should at least be friendly.
Posted 22 days ago
There is so much history between all my coworkers that when I started it felt like I had to choose a side. One of the most outspoken members of the team just retired and she did not want to celebrate at work because she did not want everyone to attend. Very toxic environment.

To see the employees as people, who are struggling, to see their value without them having to basically beg to have their value seen. To pay them appropriately for their value. Allowing employees to feel like they can come to you in good faith without fear of unnecessary consequence
Better management, better pay, better benefits, better organization.
Review from Finance Dept
Prioritize efficiency and accuracy. Breakdown the silos and better communication.

Review from Business Development Dept · Posted 8 days ago
I do think that things may slowly be improving, but I feel that we have been set up to fail by prior leadership, especially operations leadership. Lack of training, lack of accountability in Operations, often poor communications, lack of customer focus.

Take a serious look at work culture, expectations and work to align with employees.

We don't know from one day to the next if our office will be open next month, let alone next week. The work is being sent to other offices where they know nothing of our clients and how our office does the work, things are being messed up and it feels like they are using that to shut us down.

Compqny hires just to fill seats, training lacks, and management is cluessless

Too much thrown at staff at once. BIG projects, massive layoffs. Broken technology being implemented. Stakeholders unaware or uninterested in anything but bottom line
