This company is incredible. I truly would love to retire for this company, and hope I am able to do so. Everyones input is valued which isn't common in a lot of workplaces. I have been able to expand my role and responsibilities within 8 months of working at this company and couldn't be happier.

Everyone has the same goal. Watching the company almost double in size is exciting in itself. Everyone our team is incredibly innovative and driven to make Zentail the best it can be.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Of all the positives Zentail offers, the work environment is the best. Everyone is incredibly friendly to one another and willing to help out whenever it is needed. Coming from working 8 hours at a cubicle this job is a godsend. If you don't like fast-paced environments this job is not for you.
What makes you most happy at work?
Going in every day and knowing that I am going to enjoy the next 8-10 hours of work. I am not micromanaged at all. Not only am I able to perform better because of this, but our clients/prospects are able to tell that people who work for Zentail are both passionate and high performing.
