Professional, honest, transparent, and collegial.

They are aware of and involved in every aspect of the company. They believe and practice transparency. We all know where we are and where we are going. They foster teamwork and value contributions from everyone in the company.

They're super transparent and approachable. They're not afraid to ask for other people's opinions and take them into account. They are great people and are building a great culture.

The company operates as a meritocracy which attracts some of the most talented professionals I've ever worked with. Lot's of autonomy and room for growth.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Employee benefits are paid by the company and 50% of the benefits for dependents. Benefits are top of the line.

The pay is fair in the tech industry and the healthcare benefits are fantastic. The other added benefits are free coffee/snacks and lunch every Friday.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

Smart, efficient, willing to help others, willing to become knowledgeable about other departments to enable smooth interactions.

Smart, involved, interesting and interested.

Everybody is very smart and motivated. We are all very team-oriented and no one would hesitate to help anyone else out. If something goes wrong, we don't start blaming people, we just try to figure out how to pitch in and help fix things.

A ton of creativity, intellectual firepower and collaboration across teams.

Everyone is encouraged to learn about each other's jobs to enable greater cohesiveness and collaboration. Ideas are welcomed. Help is offered when needed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

We all get along and work for the betterment of the company and each other.

We all work together and help each other when needed. We have company outings, weekly free lunches geared to mixing departments to increase collegiality.

Very team-oriented and collaborative. We value everyone's opinions. Also we try to move fast and try different things out instead of getting mired in analysis paralysis.

Everyone has fun, works hard and celebrates success together.

Everyone gets along and encourages each other to do their best. The perks are really good, but the atmosphere is excellent.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Friendly, casual atmosphere. Interviewers listened to my answers and asked good follow-up questions geared to assess my qualifications.

Good mix of behavioral and technical questions. Strong filter to identify problem solvers and grit.

The questions were geared to see if I'd fit the company culture, had the knowledge and experience to fit the position. Met nearly everyone in the company and was shown around offices.

The interview process was fairly straightforward. Once all the applications had been reviewed, the interviews went quickly. There was a round of email communication, then a phone interview, and when I had made it past that round I had an in person interview. I was offered the position the next day!

Honesty and clarity of expectations and job description. All questions and exercises were relevant to the position.
