We all work together and help each other when needed. We have company outings, weekly free lunches geared to mixing departments to increase collegiality.

Very team-oriented and collaborative. We value everyone's opinions. Also we try to move fast and try different things out instead of getting mired in analysis paralysis.

Everyone has fun, works hard and celebrates success together.

I was drawn to Zentail because of the company culture. We are all around the same age and I think that helps us bond easily. We do a ton of fun things together, like Friday company lunches, company outings to arcades, baseball games, rock climbing, happy hours; the list goes on.

Of all the positives Zentail offers, the work environment is the best. Everyone is incredibly friendly to one another and willing to help out whenever it is needed. Coming from working 8 hours at a cubicle this job is a godsend. If you don't like fast-paced environments this job is not for you.

I remember thinking on my third day at the office that I had totally 'drank the Kool-Aid.' The positive culture is infectious. People are sincerely friendly and supportive. Conversations are well-thought and actionable. The perks (sponsored meals and outings) show Zentail cares about its employees.
