Going in every day and knowing that I am going to enjoy the next 8-10 hours of work. I am not micromanaged at all. Not only am I able to perform better because of this, but our clients/prospects are able to tell that people who work for Zentail are both passionate and high performing.

Not micromanaged. As long as you provide results, you can do what you want.

It's the perfect balance of challenging projects and healthy work environment. Smart risks and decisions are made into growth opportunities and the success feeds on itself. Also, the people. I don't feel like I have coworkers, I have a diverse group of friends who happen to all work at Zentail. haha

Our culture -- we are very team-oriented and like to work hard and have fun with each other. We don't take ourselves too seriously.

Hiring -- we have a lot of needs to fill and not enough resources to help fill them.
