Inspirational! They actually deserve to be called the leadership team. They have really great vision and understand the need for work-life balance.
Despite being my 'superiors' in the work place, they treat me, and everyone else, like equals. Their doors are always open, we eat lunches together, we go to company functions together. There is never a separation between the leadership team and everyone else. We all co-mingle without any weirdness.
