top quality health benefits, 401k matching, free snacks and drinks as well as free lunches and company functions.

Employee benefits are paid by the company and 50% of the benefits for dependents. Benefits are top of the line.

The pay is fair in the tech industry and the healthcare benefits are fantastic. The other added benefits are free coffee/snacks and lunch every Friday.

Competitive salary, excellent employee stock option plan which the team takes the time to explain in detail, 100% medical, dental, vision with great coverage and 50% covered for spouse and dependents. 401k plan.

Coming from somewhere that didn't offer paid vacation and holidays, that part of Zentail's benefits package was really awesome. Vacations are encouraged and I don't have to worry about wanting to take a holiday off to spend with family, but not being able to afford it.

It's a top notch package!

The healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision) are premium benefits. They're significantly more comprehensive than other benefits that 'check the box' and are offered at lower rates than most.
