Toxic work environment cant do their job properly, if I communicate manager will not listen and simply tells u don't have ability to communicate well . In simple words they will blame who is innocent.

I actually go to other departments for help more than my own half the time because I do not trust my direct teammates to know the correct answer as they've steered me wrong many times. I feel they do not put in the same effort as myself and do the bare minimum. They need to care more/put in effort.

The coworkers on my direct team are excellent. It's when I have to start dealing with OTHER teams that I run into unending stress and frustration. We need CLEAR systems in place for deciding what to work on, who gets to PUT work on your plate, and how the project moves. Not, "I have an emergency!"

The communication must be tackled. A manager cannot only prioritize slack messages based on designations, which is what is happening right now. Delay by a few hours is fine, by days is not acceptable. Responsibilities should be made clear with proper context

It is hard to be excited when there are no prospects of promotion at all, nor fair pay. It is very difficult to do the work without tools, we get none of that despite asking constantly. There needs to be more opportunities for progression and fair, clear pay + budget for training and learning new.

Work we're doing is generally boring and too low level, the product team is not ambitious enough and a lot of bureaucracy worsens it. It could be improved by having a strong product team.
