The leadership is highly transparent when it comes to company performance and why we are pursuing certain initiatives (and not others). They are more focused in how they run the organization than in other iterations of the company.

they seem to be focusing on the long term goals

They have clear goals about the future of the company

Super encouraging and a supportive leadership team

Technology department has suffered a lot of changes since the departure of Mike Price, and its hard to see where we are going. There's not too much communication going on.

Actual ideas, instead of a 'follow the leader' on the AI initiatives from bigger companies that don't have actual positive results.
Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 16 hours ago
Senior leadership is putting pressure on employees when clients churn. They need to understand that employees have a greater relationship with clients, clients tell employees it was your leadership that failed you. Our performance is based on renewals, and leadership is micro managing.

need to improve our salary

Passing information down the line. I often here from other departments how something functions, and come to find out a leader in my department was told but the information never trickled down. Also providing positive and constructive feedback.

There are aspects to my comp that are variable and performance based. In that they benefit both me and the business if I'm able to execute effectively. I appreciate that shared responsibility and benefit.

I think the health insurance is good.

base salary is good for the chilean market
Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 14 hours ago
The best part is my salary
Review from Product Dept · Posted 15 hours ago
The salaries of those of us working in Chile barely approach the average. We should earn according to our level and quality

As someone with a master's degree, I would appreciate if my compensation was a little more than what it is now
Posted 15 hours ago
Compensation is not aligned to the market, a lot of global international companies pay more competitive. There is no bonus if the company does better.
Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 16 hours ago
We except more basic pay
Posted 17 hours ago
Compensation failing to match current market rates or inflation.

We have a lot of intellectual curious team members and folks who genuinely care and want to improve things.
Posted 14 hours ago
I like the unity I see in the projects we take on
Review from Product Dept · Posted 14 hours ago
We are very collaborative and supportive, flexible and willing to help. Everyone has a slightly different area of expertise
Posted 14 hours ago
Their collaboration and professionalism. I can count on them for everything.
Posted 14 hours ago
The team is always available and eager to help with any queries
Posted 15 hours ago
I actually go to other departments for help more than my own half the time because I do not trust my direct teammates to know the correct answer as they've steered me wrong many times. I feel they do not put in the same effort as myself and do the bare minimum. They need to care more/put in effort.

There aren't very clear swimlanes when it comes to roles and responsibilities.
Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 3 days ago
The coworkers on my direct team are excellent. It's when I have to start dealing with OTHER teams that I run into unending stress and frustration. We need CLEAR systems in place for deciding what to work on, who gets to PUT work on your plate, and how the project moves. Not, "I have an emergency!"

take initiative, come up with the question which they have problem with instead of complaining, communicated better, under the process

Some colleagues work in closed groups and don't share what they know, so information doesn't reach the wider team structured knowledge transfer and documentation, plus rotating ownership of tasks, would fix that
Posted 9 days ago
Team members are open to sharing ideas and talking through issues. While there are some internal political challenges to navigate, this is mostly kept to a minimum, and the focus is on how do we grow the business together.

I like that we are a multicultural team

The remote work option is the best by far

There is a great collaborative atmosphere everywhere and the company parties are very good.

chilean folks maintaining the "old" culture
Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 14 hours ago
The communication must be tackled. A manager cannot only prioritize slack messages based on designations, which is what is happening right now. Delay by a few hours is fine, by days is not acceptable. Responsibilities should be made clear with proper context
Posted 19 hours ago
Putting less pressure on employees for churning clients and leaderships tendencies to blame the employees for lack of knowledge, and work. Leadership is trending in direction to belittle employees, emotionally and professionally.
Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 2 days ago
The company culture could be strengthened through more open and transparent communication, greater recognition of employees?
Posted 6 days ago
Culture is fine, but how leadership seems to be sabotaging itself, it feels like grow and day-to-day expectations are not great.

The work itself is boring, everything in India office has to change

Seeing real results that clients share that came directly from my work

The things I do are always a challenge; I rarely have anything repetitive to do.

When I come to work, the food provided makes me very happy.

We went from doing interesting things at technology, to just "use AI" and build and maintain boring stuff. Great people have left and I feel there's no real commitment to retain good talent
Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 14 hours ago
Need my work to be more specific and streamlined. At this point, no one is willing to pick up the pace for new employees or employees joining a new team. Getting ignored by operational manager day after day isn't a good feeling.
Posted 19 hours ago
Work environment became toxic. My manager is micro managing and continues to emotionally abuse me emotionally for lack of knowledge, age, and race. It is evidence that as the minority on the team, leadership is releasing frustration to me.

the would like if we are paid more

There are some people in prominent positions who are not conducive to positive work environments. They can make the working environment fairly miserable due to lack of technical skills, poor listening, and lack of people leading ability.
