What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Nothing is wrong necessarily. There are times with certain accounts that dont have a CSM that I feel im doing a decent amount of work that doesnt pertain to sales to make sure the customer is happy, which causes stress. I dont hate the work but being excited about it is a struggle as well.

Its so unbelievable obvious company strategy is flounder until a sale. Exec team isnt clear on vision at all and spends too much time planning shit we never do. We have no one with a vision of where were going but theyll gaslight you into thinking we do.

There seems to be a degree of negativity and bias within the team, which affects collaboration and overall morale. If the focus were redirected more toward work, shared goals, and mutual respect, it would create a more positive and productive environment for everyone.
