I don't necessarily feel undervalued, and the company needs to do what they need to do to be financially healthy. However, I believe performance-based bonus programs would help ZF get more out of employees, and reciprocally improve their compensation. I believe this is one important missing piece.

Because I was hired before a few others, with more educational background and experience in the field and they still got paid more at starting.

Right now I feel that for the amount of work and stress it takes to support a book of business of 100+ accounts, our team deserves a bit more compensation. The OTE I signed on to seemed fair at the time, but it has become apparent that with the current comp plan, that OTE feels unattainable.

Outside of the engineering team, more pragmatism, more analysis, less emotion and less politics would be helpful to gaining more participation and more engagement. A variety of people have value to add and the knowledge and expertise is not only at the top.

Encouraging more transparent communication and consistent collaboration between global and regional teams would help strengthen trust and inclusivity across the organization. Ensuring all regions feel equally involved in decision-making and planning would make the culture more unified and empowering

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Nothing is wrong necessarily. There are times with certain accounts that dont have a CSM that I feel im doing a decent amount of work that doesnt pertain to sales to make sure the customer is happy, which causes stress. I dont hate the work but being excited about it is a struggle as well.
