What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, I feel like can always reach out to the team can get a clear response. Most organizations, i've worked for they were no existent except for townhalls or large opps. Here they're receptive, willing strategize on all aspects of the business

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Currently base salary... initially was informed i would recieve enterprise accounts and only 5% of my book was enterprise + Inherited a lot of Dead on Arrival accounts

Compensation is solid, very happy to have the 401k match, CareFirst is pretty good overall (but not without challenges with out-of-network Therapy coverage)
