What are some of the best things about your team?Very good at what they do, they are accommodating and supporting. Bring new ideas and go out of their way to get the job done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?No travel arrangements in the name of no operational requirement. Me and my team are part of the company but when asked about travel arrangement the reason given seems like our work is not making an impact.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Making decision based on the available resources. Also, trust the team to make decisions rather than requiring approval for anything and everything from the executive level.
