- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I don't necessarily feel undervalued, and the company needs to do what they need to do to be financially healthy. However, I believe performance-based bonus programs would help ZF get more out of employees, and reciprocally improve their compensation. I believe this is one important missing piece.
