What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hiring more on shore employees instead of havibg off shore employees who don't have any power other than rebooking a reservation.
Grow a backbone, tell the parent company, or our friends out west, no once in a while.

you have advertised/stalked extensively on my show and I havent received a penny
There are limited career opportunities, no mentorship program nor a career development program within Fleet Operations
Managers have no power to determine raises, nor is there any type of formalized review system.
