Based on what I see we have a decent turnover and take chances on people who don't hold themselves accountable and are OK with being mediocre. being OK with 70% is weird to me and too many people are OK with it.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I believe working from home has improved the culture. The office was really distracting on the sales floor with music and being on top of each other. I think the culture is fine though and pretty fair.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Currently feels like hired to many people spend half my day waiting for leads that never come
