- What do you like best about the leadership team?They're incredibly down to earth. I separately ran into both my our CEO, Ian, and CFO, Tim, in one of our office kitchens while getting coffee. Both introduced themselves to me first, asked me how I was liking the company and my work, and really cared about my experience so far!
- What did you like most about the interview process?The team meet-and-greet phase. Instead of a team picking you, you get to "reverse interview" and learn about multiple teams that would be a good fit for you
