This is the best company I have ever worked for and honestly, don't know how other companies can match this experience. Zwift spends so much money and time on their employees, and it reflects well on everyone's positivity.

My voice is heard, my opinion matters, and they quickly act upon feedback.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus the highest I've ever had and it's paid out bi-annually rather than the standard one time a year.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Before coming to Zwift, there was always at least 1 person I questioned on how they got their job. At Zwift, everyone I interact with is a super star. They are the kind of people you want on your group project.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and teams are extremely flexible (work hours, family situation, etc.). It's also a very diverse and inclusive company. I'm amazed at how global the company is even with its small size in comparison to other companies I have worked at.
What makes you most happy at work?
My work has actually lead to actionable items and changes to the product. Typically my work has just been lost or feel like it didn't amount to anything. Crunched some numbers, but didn't help resolve anything. At Zwift, I literally see my work in action.
