When I started here 3.5 years ago by having about 150 employees only I really thought Zwift acted like a fun family. Was so fun I actually preferred being at work than at home. We've gotten so large that it feels more of a corporation which makes sense but that feeling is gone and this is just work.

What makes you most happy at work?
Work wise our accounting team makes work easier to get through since we're here for one another but generally riding or running on Zwift or IRL with coworkers makes me the most happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The accounting team although are pretty quiet but we all have different personalities but as a team we're so strong as we actual get along very well and work as a team with no issues within the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Being an executive is difficult and you won't be able to please everybody. I think they do a solid job as Zwift has been going through solid growth, attempts to improve our community, and makes it clear of what our organizational goals are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's certainly gone down the past 2 years between the limited exposure to different people and the exponential growth the company has been going through so there's a lack of interdepartmental "friends" but I think the inclusion of the DEIB team displays what Zwift should stand for.
