My overall experience has been mostly positive, however I understand this is different per department. Within QA, leadership has dramatically improved and the right people are being promoted or hired.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

What makes you most happy at work?
Properly planned epics and tickets, defined timelines, agendas for meetings, and quick turnaround in communication.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Specific to Engineering and QA, our leadership has had open, two way communication that's been much appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Within QA, the push for continued education to improve our skillsets has been one of my favorite things to share with people interested in Zwift.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The QA and Engineering leadership are great and look out for the best interests of product and the engineering/qa teams. Everyone within engineering/qa have the expected baseline knowledge to work within agile development teams and work well together.
