What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people I work with are friendly and try to help each other out.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understanding our niche, identifying and fostering talent, setting up individual contributors for success through planning done at the higher levels, setting realistic expectations.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I would like my contributions to be acknowledged, my knowledge and suggestions not always getting challenged or overruled, and to be fairly compensated.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Working with my current team has been a great experience and I identify with them more than my own department. People are respectful to each other and approach each situation cooperatively. We've built up a trust over time and understand how to get things done.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There's little management or leadership oversight on my day-to-day from my department so a lot of my contributions go unnoticed. I've become a reliable source of knowledge and experience when it comes to problem solving or getting things done. A promotion and raise is long overdue.
