Overall I have had an excellent experience from day one when I first got my phone call for an interview, and later that day getting a message that made me feel good even if I didn't get the position. No company ever has made me feel this way. This is a very positive place to work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping in improving our products and help members (customers) get fit mentally and physically through our fitness game.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The entire benefits package is the best. For me personally medial is the best and the unlimited PTO is not bad either : )
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that leadership listens and is always there to assist if we need assistance with anything! They encourage new ideas and suggestions and that is a plus!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very collaborative, and has great ideas on solving problems. I can talk to my team without feeling judge or ignored. I can easily speak up with my team whenever I have concerns.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is very supportive, and everyone is ready to assist. The culture is very welcoming and supportive if mistakes happen. Mistakes are expected from management as they know none of us are perfect and they work with us to resolve any issues.
