What makes you most happy at work?
I'm always learning. I worked in other positions in previous companies, so every day is a new day for me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture values impact and collaboration, and the top-level leadership worries about the work environment physically and mentally. The company understands the COVID situation, and people are comprehensive to your work and personal life while on it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're all open to chatting and worried about how you're doing. If you are not feeling well or have some personal concerns that don't allow you to work at 100%, they suggest you take time off to solve them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's the "compensation depending on location" factor that arose globally last year. I work for the company remotely, and they pay me more than the average people of my position in my location, which is less for the same position in the company for another location.
