I started my first days at Zwift networking with my team and leaders around the company and jumped right into coding for a deadline we had within 2 months. I was able to provide value and help out the team quickly.

Zwift moves swiftly and the work keeps my mind activated throughout the work. I enjoy the conversations around the company to deliver a fun product that is helping Zwifters become fit at home in a post pandemic world.

I really like the autonomy that each contributor has to make an impact and it is promoted throughout the company despite ones title.

We are very collaborative and communicative so any issues that come up are resolved quickly or easily navigated to continue forward movement on priorities.

They advocate for the product and use it in their daily lives not just as a product to profit on but a product they are proud of.

I like how they invest in your career. Not just at Zwift but where you want your career to go whether at Zwift or anywhere else where Zwift is a part of it.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work on something that is technically challenging and I know I won't be bored. I'm always on the edge of my seat and have a healthy sense of urgency to get the job done.
