As I've gotten settled in my role, I've really enjoyed working at Zwift. There's a lot of opportunity to be had at the company and its growth is really energizing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do enjoy the additional perks that Zwift provides specifically those relating to health, fitness, and wellness (fitness budget stipend, etc).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a lot of enthusiasm and buy-in to the company/organization as a whole; a lot of folks bring their personal passion for cycling/fitness to their professional work at Zwift.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem integrated and still attuned with day-to-day conversations and industry news - for example, I've often seen our CEO engaging in conversations in public Slack channels which I never have before at an organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a lot of experience and knowledge being brought to the team I am on, much of it from outside the fitness and gaming industries, which I think enhances diversity of thought and creative problem solving.
What makes you most happy at work?
Meeting and working with so many capable, intelligent, and energetic coworkers as well as the opportunities that lay ahead for Zwift as a company - as well so many individual, personal opportunities to try new things in a safe, supportive environment.
