The transparency of the interviewers sharing the challenges and the things I'd work on if I joined. I was clear what my job would be and where I could add value.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits have been seriously upgraded this year and cover things like mental health, fertility and fun activities as well as the usual things. The effort to support WFH providing desks, chairs and even planned time out has been awesome!
