Zwift has such a positive future, but the timeline for the growth plans are extremely aggressive with little to no tools or resource in place to ensure we're successful. Also ambition is great, but only when decisions are made can we proceed in working towards Zwift's goals.

My team are a very experienced and competent group of individuals. I really look forward to getting to know them once we're able to return to the office even on a part time basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Zwift makes a huge effort to ensure employees have all we need to do our jobs comfortably from home, and are always offering new tools for mental and emotional support. The employee Zwift Academy is a great initiative!
