What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They make every effort to make our company culture fun and welcome everyone to be involved.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
their visibility and openness with numbers, future plans, where we are currently, current challenges, plans for improvements, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued per se, but I do think my compensation can be a little bit more competitive especially with the volume we have as a department.
What makes you most happy at work?
I find value in my work, and with the challenges that I face, I feel a sense of accomplishment in my role. I love my team and enjoy our company culture. All the on-going events, company swag, fun perks, it all adds to a great experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have no drama or tension in our team. Everyone is easy going. Our managers are all easy to communicate with and are transparent with expectations. I feel like we are verbally recognized and def feel like a valued team member where my contribution is valued. Given opportunities for growth.
