It's fast-paced and collaborative, that is the best part. However, I am unclear how to advance. I've expressed interest in wanting to advance and believe I am fulfilling the requirements for this, but I'm not totally sure. I wish it was more clear.

They are always open to listen and take time to answer our questions or provide clarity on initiatives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do like the latest addition of receiving stock options. Now that I own a small piece of Zwift, I'm feel more connected and excited about our success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that we have a wide interest in athletics. This group seems to inspire even those who never thought they would ever pedal a bike. Our positive and encouraging environment is incredibly supportive and I really enjoy working with everyone.
