BFS is a good place to work. People are friendly, pay is ok but can be better. The pace is steady but there is no real room for advancement.

I do not feel undervalued, but in my humble opinion everyone should be granted inclement weather days as oppose to using their vacation days. As far as compensation, we, all of us could use more money. Everything goes up around us except for pay, hard to make a living under those circumstances.
