Leadership team should one which cares about each employee in a team, with guidance of their manager. Also, team members should respect their experience colleague in a team.

I think Coworkers should leave their college like attitude, and respect their Experience colleagues and true colleagues in team. Avoid any kind of back slapping and unnecessary favorism, and isolate other one

A person who has a experience of more than 10 years in different e-learning domains, still working as Individual contributor, because of heavy groupism in a young team professionals. Would be great if team respect each member honestly, and consider honest/experience employees as assets
