We are paid very well for what we do. Not only that, the extra benefits that we are provided with are amazing. Chegg goes above and beyond the normal healthcare benefits and provides support for mental health, fertility treatments, and more.

Where to start! The health benefits rock, as do the smaller benefits that add up...fringe points, money to refresh our office every year, tuition reimbursement, educational growth budgets, and our internet is paid for to name just a few.

Salary is very competitive, PTO policy is generous, great healthcare benefits, and they provide lots of other little perks that add up as well like Fringe points and discounts

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued money wise. Sometimes I feel like they have reduced the workforce so much that everyone is doing the work of 2 or 3 people, but we are compensated well.

At Thinkful, it's hard to move up and receive bonuses/raises. I need more money and to be incentivized to work towards that.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of my coworkers could be better at communicating throughout the day. As a fully remote team, it's important to be able to get status updates, etc. I don't like pointless meetings, but quick slack updates are helpful and some people tend to be absent there.
