What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great comp, great stock options, fantastic benefits (from free emotional support to free car charging)

The comp package does away with the bonus (which is discretionary) and is built into the base (which is non-discretionary).

Huge emphasis on us as whole people. Especially during COVID, Dan and the rest of leadership has made sure we put family and our health first.
