Give us a sense of vision, where are we going, and a strategy on how will we achieve that

Transparently receiving feedback from employees about what matters most to them (and sharing that outcome/next steps with the broader company). ex: Flex 3 days became "manager discretion" without acknowledgment that it was an area of concern to many employees.

Transparency. For example, apparently a large class-action lawsuit was filed against Chegg within the last two months and NOT A SINGLE person from C staff has addressed this with the broader company. Seems like something that employees should hear about from their executive team instead of the news.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Indian employees has not received any bonus and no financial support for relocating to office again. We are literally forced to come back to office. Management is not even taking up the question. They have got a single answer to all the question "ask you managers" . This is specially about India
