Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If Chegg paid market value. They underpay compared to industry averages. Raises are small and infrequent despite them saying they give big raises every 2 years. Those every 2 years raises usually work out to less than cost of living increases.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The Chegg team truly feels like a family. There is a level of support that I have never experienced anywhere else and everyone always has each other's backs, assumes positive intent, and pushes each other to be better.

Our team has done a fantastic job of transitioning our strong in-office culture to translate to a virtual office environment. They are creative in finding ways to keep us all connected, focused on the mission, and also celebrated in fun and meaningful ways.
