Everyone comes everyday and works hard. Each team member is willing to work closely with you to get the task done.

There is a lot of openness to ideas. Team members are also very honest, and feel free to express concerns as they arise, then work through them.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not sure, everyone just dreads going to work. We feel under valued and underpaid. One or the other is fine, but both are unacceptable.
